Hi, I’m Dustin, Senior Civil Engineer at WCE Design Inc. My experience over the course of my career led me to forming WCE Design Inc. in January 2017.

I saw a disconnect between large civil engineering firms working on projects
with municipalities and private developers. I wanted to bridge the gap by
offering an alternative Civil Engineering Firm option where the Owner would
be hands on for all projects. Where local contractors would be utilized in any
and everywhere possible and where processes and systems would be
streamlined to get the task done at hand quickly and thoroughly.

WCE Design Inc. is a grassroots civil engineering firm based in
Regina, Saskatchewan. We proudly serve the prairie provinces
(Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta and British Columbia).

Our civil engineering firm has 26 years of experience combined and
